The Small Business Administration will directly help borrowers complete the PPP forgiveness application for loans that are under $150,000.  Attached is a power point explaining the process.

We strongly encourage you to apply for forgiveness as soon as the funds are spent and your disbursement period has passed. There is no advantage to waiting to apply for forgiveness.  

If you need to locate your loan number, it can be found on the top of your Promissory Note or on the ACH form executed at closing. Be sure to double check your loan amount when entering it to ensure forgiveness of the full amount.
